Sunil Dimple president jammu west assembly movement held a protest meeting today at Rrhari Chungi, BC Road near Guru dawar, with traders, transporters, prominent citizens on the draconian law M V act.

Addressing the meeting Sunil Dimple said that all the commuters, traders, transporters, prominent citizens are badly disapponted, are in grat strss, tension as they were expecting and waiting that the effective orders will come out from Govt side, governors office on 19 September to stop the implementation of black motor vehicle act and heavy challans in the Jammu city and region as it was widely circulated that the decision will be taken in the meeting on 19 September.

He said traders, transporters have decided to intensfy the agitation, protest, demonstration from 23 September Monday, The rally will be held from Rehari Chungi BC Road.

He said no concrete, clear orders came to stop the New Motor Vehicle Act on I9th September from Govt side and raj bhawan from Governor Satypal Malik sahib office to stop the act, like boldly stoped in other BJP ruled states .

He said people were expecting orders and directive from governor sahib to stop the new MV Act but only  hallow assurance came out from only.

He said no time bound day and date assured or announced by Governor Sahib, to stop draconian new motor vehicle act in Jammu. Like clearly decided by other states not to stop the New MV act.

He said People are in grat stress, tension of Jammu  region as they are being mercilessly, heavily Challaned, by traffic police.

He congratulated the bhartiy janta party MPs, the photo syco session leaders, that besides the new motor vehicle act. The jammu also gets two new NHAI road tax toll tax plazas in jammu.

Dimple said as per the protocol status the Jammu Kashmir is on the back row of the India.

He said In the protocol list the Jammu Kashmir is in the back row, but in the list of heavy tax payers, is on the first number of India.

He said but in the list of tax payers this economically weaker jammu Kashmir, trouble torn back word far flung jammu Kashmir union territory,  has been placed on the first number in the list of heavy tax payers.

Dimple questioned PM Modi that how much more injustice jammu Kashmir will have to suffer ?

He said traffic police have started heavy challaning under new Mv act in Jammu city, region.

He said now no option left with the citizens of jammu Kashmir other than to start mass agitation against the new motor vehicle act 2019, imposition imposition of 9% road tax RTO fee and various taxes on the traders of the Jammu.

He appealed all political parties, transporters, traders, Citizens, student, govt employees organizations to unite and get ready for the bigger agitation for the protection of their rights and wrong policies of the central govt.

Dimple appealed to Governor Sahib and the Govt to please stop the two new toll plazas being installed on lakhan pur Jammu national highway.

He said no internet on line service throughout jammu region has multiplied the problems of the jammu region citizens, traders, transporters and student communities on line work .

He appealed the Governor Malik now please for god sake, please don’t implement harsh central acts on the jammu kashmir i.e new MV Act on our bounds.

He also appealed Governor to with draw 9 % road tax, imposed on the traders.

Dimple appealed the governor to start the work on the project  of construction and starting of metro train and ring road from amphalla manda to janipur high court road upto Akhnoor.
